Delivery & Order Timeline

Every Tzaeit piece is woven, block-printed, and finished by hand, so dispatch takes a little longer than a standard online order. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.

FAQ

Common questions answered

Find details about shipping timelines, fabric care, returns, and block print variations in our FAQ section. Most questions are covered there.

From Loom to Your Doorstep

A clear timeline of what happens after you place an order, from the artisan's loom to the moment your textiles arrive. We keep each stage transparent so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Day 1-2: Order Confirmation and Craft Allocation

Once your order is placed, our team confirms the details and assigns it to one of our partner weaving clusters. Each cluster specialises in specific techniques, so your piece is matched with the right artisans for the job.

Day 3-10: Handloom Weaving and Block Printing

Your textiles are now in production. Handwoven throws take about a week on the loom, while block-printed cushion covers go through carving, dyeing, and stamping. Natural dyes need time to set, so we never rush this stage.

Day 11-14: Quality Check and Low-Impact Finishing

Every piece is inspected for weave consistency, colour fastness, and edge finishing. We use low-impact processes that avoid harsh chemicals, so the fabric keeps its natural softness and breathability.

Day 15-17: Packing and Dispatch

Your order is folded carefully, wrapped in recyclable paper, and handed to our logistics partner. We include care instructions and a note about the cluster that made your piece.

Day 18-21: Delivery and Unpacking

Most orders arrive within three weeks of placing. Once your package lands, give your textiles a gentle shake and let them breathe for a few hours. They are ready to use right away.

After Delivery: Care and Follow-Up

We check in after your first week with the textiles to answer any care questions. If anything feels off, our support desk helps with replacements or guidance on washing and storage.

From Your First Note to a Finished Throw

Every order follows the same quiet rhythm: we talk, we sample, we weave, and we deliver. No rushed promises, just a clear path from your idea to a textile that fits your home.

Share Your Space

Tell us which room the piece is for, the light it gets, and the colours you already live with. A short note or a call is enough to start.

Choose the Cloth

We send swatches of handloom cotton, organic bed linen, and block-printed cushion covers. You pick the weave and the dye palette that feels right.

We Weave in Small Batches

Our partner clusters work on traditional looms with natural dyes. Each batch is limited, so your piece carries the marks of the maker's hand.

Finishing and Quality Check

Every throw and table runner is washed, pressed, and checked for even dye and clean edges before it leaves the workshop.

Packed and Sent to You

We wrap each textile in unbleached cotton and ship it with care instructions. Most orders reach you within two weeks of the final sample.

Live With It, Then Tell Us

Once the piece is in your home, we want to know how it wears, how it washes, and how it looks in your light. Your notes shape the next batch.
